Our public classes are focused on facilitating a vigorous conversation about the state-of-the-practice within the IT industry.  Focused on Enterprise IT Value-stream improvement, our curriculum leverages a broad suite of knowledge integration and an associated experience base designed to challenge popular views and prima-facia levels of understanding.  Our instructors are active practitioners who have achieved journeymen or master levels of capability and are concurrently consulting within some of the most complex business environments and contexts.  Real-world examples are provided to accelerate application within your organization.
