Partnered with Blue Canopy, our consultants delivered
Fourth Medium's Software Acquisition-Oriented Services
to transform the enterprise process (TMS's BluePrint) to
include a standard process for software acquisition.
In order to pilot the new process Fourth Medium provided
their Skills Adoption Services on a critical Identity
Management acquisition project.


Fourth Medium advised Toyota Motor Sales through out
the vendor selection process and during the Phase I
implementation of the product. Sun, IBM Tivoli,
Novell, and Netgrity all had viable products at the
time. After several months of competition between
the vendors, Sun's Identity Manager was selected and
implemented. Phase I included all dealerships
across North America.
