Our consultants delivered project/program level coaching/mentoring to the largest programs within $30M portfolio, including $12M Investment Management System platform based on Charles River COTS, and Market & Reference Data systems feeding Trading and Accounting Systems. Additionally, we provided advice and guidance on PMO Governance standards, Agile-oriented UP instantiation, and process alignment with Business Architecture initiatives. We developed the US Trust Toolset strategy to support governance metrics initiative, workflow automation, and cross-enterprise PMO alignment. And, our lead consultant advised Charles Schwab PMO on governance enablement through application of Rational's Unified Change Management framework for global development programs.

Partnered with Valtech USA, our consultants delivered mentoring to the analyst and management community within the Claims Solutions Division. Areas of focus include the Agile-oriented instantiation of the Unified Process consistent with NI Enterprise methodology standards, advice and guidance on refinement of Enterprise process strategy, and assistance with Requirements, Analysis and Design artifact production.

The Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System (DIMHRS) program represents the largest human resources system reengineering project the world has ever seen.  Fourth Medium served as strategic program advisors and change agents focused on the instantiation of industry based best practices.

Partnered with Blue Canopy, our consultants delivered our Strategic Software Acquisition-Oriented Services to transform the enterprise process (TMS's BluePrint) to include a standard process for software acquisition.  In order to pilot the new process Fourth Medium provided their Skills Adoption Services on a critical Identity Management acquisition project.

Partnered with Vertical Management Systems, our consultants delivered key components of several critical business applications including the Retirement Plan Administration System and the Automated Trade Reconciliation System.

Our consultants lead a multiple year effort to architect and implement a blend of package and custom software to enable electronic trading for all traded assets.  Various systems included the firms Electronic Trading System for derivatives and convertible bond securities.

Utilizing Fourth Medium's Project Recovery and Skill Adoption Coaching services, numerous disparate systems with over 30 years of cancer research data where streamlined into a state of the art, rich internet .NET application to track over a million blood and tissue samples and correlated to data from over a hundred clinical trials.  The system also utilized pen computers and bar code printing and scanning to reduce operational costs.

Standard and Western leveraged our Knowledge Transfer Service Package, where engineers located in Singapore and Austin Texas quickly ramped up on advanced technology skills, including Business and System Use Case Modeling, Object-oriented Analysis and Design, and the Unified Process.  This training and mentoring immediately realized benefit on a challenging Reseller Chain eCommerce project.
