SDLC Assessments & Improvement Roadmaps 

 

 

 

The road to IT Process improvement is difficult and requires substantial investment.  As such, these efforts require a level of due diligence and governance to ensure they yield the expected returns.  Process improvement yardsticks are intended to guide these investments, but too often are applied and governed by consultants with limited IT experience in delivering actual systems.  Further, the complex relationships between modern practices and yardstick practices requires a pragmatic interpretation on their usage.  

Our consultants have many years on the ground experience related to efficiency and effectiveness for software delivery.  We go beyond the written articulations in making assessments as to what works and what doesn't.  This is coupled with a deep appreciation for the origins and lineage of modern software development practices like Agile, Lean and the Unified Process.
