Pragmatic Delivery of Business Value

Enterprise-IT Organizations today struggle to make sense of the plethora of "best practices", process frameworks, bodies of knowledge, competing development paradigms, and software development lifecycle approaches.  This complexity exists in a business environment where instantiation of governance controls is now mandated.  Such compliance drivers now exert greater pressure to more seamlessly integrate project delivery and production support organizations, and to ensure that additional ceremony does not destroy agility.
